YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer is the perfect egg replacement for vegans and those with egg allergies. Made with Faba Bean Protein, Brown Rice Protein and Chia Flour, it replicates all the functions of eggs in baking: binding, rise, structure and moisture.

Not only is chia good for you, it's also great for egg-free and vegan baking. Its nutritional value is well-known, but when mixed with water it turns into an egg-like gel. YesYouCan blends premium organic chia with algae protein, rice flour and natural foaming agents to create the perfect egg replacement for baked goods like breads, cakes, muffins, pancakes and more. Simply mix with water, stir and add to recipes in place of eggs. One tablespoon mixed with 3 tablespoons of water equals the equivalent of one egg. That's 20 eggs per pack. It's packed with protein, fiber, calcium and omega-3 fatty acids.
