Regarding orders
Q1: I placed an order but haven't received an email. What should I do?

Q1: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order. Since it is international mail, it is calculated by weight and starts from 1,600 yen.
Q2: When will the product be delivered?
A: It depends on the product availability and shipping area.
*If in stock: Delivery in 5-7 business days
*If out of stock, it may take 10-12 days .
*As this item will be shipped from overseas, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, etc. Please allow plenty of time for your purchase.
If you are in a hurry, we can also ship by Express (additional shipping fee of 1,500 yen), so please contact us using the inquiry form.
Q3: Can I choose the delivery company?
A: Currently, delivery within Japan is only available via Japan Post .
Standard Shipping: Shipped internationally via Australia Post
Express delivery: Shipped via Australia Post International Express
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order.
Q4: I would like to change the delivery date and time of my item. How can I do this?
A: As delivery is via Australia Post and then Japan Post, you cannot specify a delivery date and time when placing your order.
If you are not at home when the package is delivered, a missed delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, and you will be asked to request redelivery yourself.
You can request redelivery via the Japan Post website or by phone.

Q1: 返品、交換について教えてください。
A: 当店の商品は海外から直輸入された食品であるため、品質保持と衛生上の理由から、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。
ただし、商品到着時に破損・欠陥がある、または注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、受領時の状態が分かる写真を添えて、商品到着後5日以内にinfo@globalbridgeaustralia.comまでご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、返品・交換または返金の対応をさせていただきます。
Q2: 返金ポリシーについて教えてください。
A: 配送中に商品の破損が発生した場合、または注文と異なる商品を受領された場合、代替品の再発送または返金のいずれかをお選びいただけます。
